Recently a Justice for “Joe Lopez” organization has been set up for my brother, Joe Lopez to help fight for his freedom and to speak of the injustice in his trial.

Yearly, thousands of people are charged and sent to prison on charges which they did not commit. This organization will help fight for justice for my brother and for many other innocent people who sit behind bars today on crimes which they did not commit.

We have several reports from specialist and doctors which were never presented at his trial, due to ineffective counsel. Search our website see and decided for yourself the injustice done to my brother, Joe Lopez. We also have a petition available to sign. We will be sending this petition up to Congress, to the Governor and even up to Washington DC if need be. We will do what we need to, to be heard in getting my brother a fair trial or better yet, exonerated.

 I am asking “ALL” Tejano Artists, Musicians, Fans, and the entire public to please help support this cause. I have contacted some of the original Mazz band members including Brando Mireles, and Jimmy Gonzalez to come out and help. And I have received their support.
